Bring your team to Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar. We plan the move from Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint around your accounts, files and working practices.
Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 migrations
Move between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, or between organisations on the same platform. Plan, test and pre-stage supported data for an efficient switch.
Email, files and your team. A clear route from preparation to handover. Enquiry opens your email app.
Your move. Either direction.
Choose your direction
Switch platforms, combine teams or give a business its own environment. Move in either direction between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, or between organisations on the same platform.
Bring your team to Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar. We plan the move from Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint around your accounts, files and working practices.
Move to Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint with a clear destination for your Gmail and Drive data. Account mapping, calendars and shared access are part of the assessment.
Bring organisations together or separate a business into its own Google Workspace. We work through domains, mailbox mapping, Drive ownership and shared drives before the switch.
Move between Microsoft 365 tenants for a merger, separation or consolidation. We scope Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and the identity changes your team will need.
Know what moves
A useful migration plan goes beyond copying mailboxes. We assess the data, access and everyday workflows your people depend on, then agree the scope for your move.
Map Gmail and Exchange Online mailboxes, aliases and shared addresses to the right destination. Plan domain changes and mail routing around the switch.
Assess Google Drive, shared drives, OneDrive and SharePoint. Identify file formats, ownership, links and collaboration needs before choosing how to move them.
Review calendars, events and address books alongside the mailboxes. Agree what will transfer and what needs a different approach on the destination platform.
Review who needs access, how they will sign in and which apps depend on the current setup. Give your team clear instructions for the change.
Each project has a written scope, acceptance checks and known limitations. Connected apps and specialist workloads are assessed individually.
Built for an efficient move
Find the dependencies early. Test the route. Prepare what can move ahead of time. That is how we reduce avoidable delays and keep the cutover focused.
Identify accounts, data volumes and dependencies. Agree the scope and acceptance checks so avoidable surprises do not slow the move.
Run a representative pilot. Check what transfers, how long it takes and which exceptions need attention before the wider move.
Where the migration route supports it, copy existing data ahead of the switch. Reduce the work left for the cutover window.
Coordinate final updates, domain and mail-routing changes, and user access around the agreed switching window.
Reconcile the agreed results, check access with your team and record exceptions. Hand over the information needed to keep work moving.

Yes. We support Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations. We plan the move from Gmail and Google Drive to the agreed Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint destinations, with calendars, contacts, permissions and user access assessed for your project.
Yes. We support Google Workspace to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. These moves can support business mergers, separations and consolidation. Domain ownership, account mapping and shared resources are reviewed before the switching plan is agreed.
Timing depends on user numbers, data volumes, access, platform limits and the work being moved. We use an inventory, a representative test and pre-staging where supported to reduce avoidable delays. Share your target date early so we can assess a practical schedule before committing to it.
The plan aims to keep work moving by preparing data and accounts before the switch, then coordinating a defined cutover window. The impact varies by migration route. We explain changes to sign-in, mail, files and links, and agree user communications and recovery steps before cutover.
Different platforms handle files, sharing and collaboration differently. We assess permissions, ownership, file formats and links, then document the expected result and any exceptions. Teams, Google Chat, third-party apps, devices and other connected services need their own assessment and an explicitly agreed scope.
Pricing depends on the accounts, data, workloads, access requirements and delivery schedule. We first understand your move, then agree the scope and price before paid work starts. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a fee.
Email hello@workspacecrossing.com with your current platform, destination platform, approximate user count and target date. Tell us about shared mailboxes, shared drives or sites, and any business deadline. Keep the first message to an overview; account access and detailed migration information are arranged separately.
Yes. We support moves from Rackspace Email, cPanel-hosted email, GoDaddy-hosted email and other legacy email systems to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We first identify the service behind your account, available access and the data you need to bring across. The migration method depends on your current setup.
An IMAP migration transfers supported email messages and mail folders. Contacts, calendars, tasks, files, permissions and mail stored only on individual computers need separate assessment and may use a different migration method. We agree what will move and any exceptions before starting.
