Know what moves. Know what needs attention.

Define the move.
Before it starts.

For small service businesses moving between Google Workspace environments. Start with an inventory, agree the boundaries and decide how the results will be checked.

Gmail & account mapping

Identify the mailboxes to move and match each person to their destination account.

Drive & shared access

Inventory files, ownership and sharing. Agree how exceptions will be handled.

Cutover & handover

Plan the switch, tell your team what to expect and check the agreed results.

Calendars, third-party apps and other workloads require separate review. No migration date is committed before scope and readiness are confirmed.

From first conversation to checked handover.

Questions before
you move.

Can we move between two Google Workspace accounts?

Yes. That is the focus: a move from one organisation’s Google Workspace environment to another. Start by sharing why you need the move, the approximate number of users and your target date. Feasibility and scope are reviewed before any delivery commitment.

What is included—and what needs a separate review?

The starting scope is inventoried Gmail and Google Drive data. Shared drives, file ownership, external sharing and permissions need explicit review. Calendars, Chat, third-party apps, devices and other workloads are not automatically included. The written scope identifies inclusions, exclusions and known limitations.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the accounts, data volumes, access requirements and timing. A conversation comes first; any paid assessment or migration work needs a separate agreed scope and price. Submitting this form does not book work or commit you to a fee.

Will our team experience disruption?

A move can affect sign-in, mail routing, file links and access. The plan should identify those effects, a suitable cutover window, user communications and recovery steps. Zero downtime and perfect permission preservation are not promised.

Do you handle Microsoft 365 migrations?

Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, and the reverse direction, are separate future service tracks. This page focuses on Google-to-Google enquiries; it does not offer a confirmed cross-platform delivery service.

What happens after I request a discovery call?

The site saves your call request and shows a reference. A meeting time must be agreed separately; this form does not reserve a calendar slot or send an email confirmation. The first conversation is for understanding the move. Any paid assessment or delivery is agreed separately.
