Email bundled with your website hosting can move to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We plan the mailbox migration and mail-routing changes around the website you already have.
Start with your domain. We’ll confirm the setup and explain the next step.
Understand your options
Keep the domain. Choose your workspace.
Your website and email can be hosted separately. The move starts with a clear inventory of mailboxes and everything that sends mail for your domain.
Gmail & Google tools
Move to Google Workspace
Move supported messages into Gmail and prepare your business addresses on Google Workspace. Review folders, aliases and forwarding before the final sync.
A suitable route for teams that want Gmail and Google’s collaboration tools.
Outlook & Microsoft tools
Move to Microsoft 365
Move supported messages and folders into Exchange Online. Plan the destination accounts and the Outlook or mobile setup each person will use.
Contacts, calendars and desktop archives need a separate assessment.
Keep your website in place
Separate email from hosting
An email move usually does not require moving the website. We review DNS, cPanel mail routing and the way your site sends contact-form or order emails.
Website senders and other applications must be included in the switching plan.
A faster move starts with preparation
Check the parts that are easy to miss.
Know what needs to move before you pick a date. We use the inventory and a representative test to reduce avoidable delays.
Mailboxes, aliases and catch-all rules
List the real mailboxes and shared addresses people use. Decide what each alias, forwarder and catch-all rule should do on the new platform.
Website and application email
Contact forms, shops, scanners and other senders may use the old hosting account. Confirm how they will send after the move and test the agreed setup.
DNS and local mail routing
Coordinate MX and email-authentication records with cPanel’s routing settings. Check that the website and hosted applications deliver to the new mailboxes.
Before you make the switch.
Do I need to move my website or domain registration?
Usually no. Email can use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 while the website stays with its current host and the domain stays with its registrar. We confirm DNS control and hosting dependencies before making that plan.
I use Roundcube. Is that the email provider?
Roundcube is a webmail application. Your hosting account may provide the underlying mail service through cPanel or another system. Tell us your web host and the product name you see in the hosting account, if known.
What happens to my website’s contact-form emails?
Moving the MX records alone does not finish every website configuration. We review the form’s sending method, authentication and cPanel routing so the agreed senders can deliver correctly after cutover. Any website changes are included explicitly in the scope.
Can old email on a laptop be migrated too?
Mail stored only on a computer will not appear in an IMAP copy from the hosting server. Tell us about Outlook archives, POP accounts and other local mail so we can assess them separately and agree what can be transferred.
How long will it take, and what will it cost?
Mailbox numbers, data volumes, access, the destination and extra workloads determine the scope. We agree the price and schedule before paid work starts. Where supported, copying existing mail ahead of the switch reduces the work left for the cutover window.
Start with your domain
Let’s find your migration route.
Tell us your business domain, approximate mailbox count and where you want to go. Not sure which platform fits? Say so.
We’ll clarify your current setup, discuss the options and identify what is needed for a scoped quote. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a fee.
